... exams test...

more than just what u know of a certain topic, it is also a test of one's discipline and how well one can master the art of managing time and oh yes resistance against all sorts of distractions.

sudoku included. i dont know whats got into me but i enjoy arranging numbers from 1-9. it's kinda therapeutic, that u gotta admit. it's almost addictive but here's a cheesy tag on sudoku.. 'once u arrange, u get deranged!' .. because honestly, u'll get distracted from other impt things in life.. not recommended for ppl who have exams.. or travel by private transport... (i think my becoming of a corny, nonsensical person has got to do with my dealing of exam fever hmm)

ok more about sources of distractions which only heighten during exam periods.

the tv. it's funny really how i seem to be more aware of tv shows rather than the kind of topics to be tested.. just today, i stayed glued to the tv set for an embarassing 2 hours..2 hours of watching ellen and the tyra banks show when really, that 2 hours should be set aside understanding what Foucault is talking about the Bentham's panapticon. a whole lot of jargon u say? well, yes, as of this moment, im still trying to connect the dots too.

and yes, Hikmah. i never really like watching these kind of shows cause i find the plot almost always gravitating towards the girl being a total damsel in distress, unable to do anything because everyone seem to be against her.... and whenever it's the camera's turn to focus on the teenaged protagonists, it just has to be about them dealing with BGR issues in school.. i mean how superficial is that? there's more to just BGR in the lives of the young, or in fact of every other living persons for goodness sake.... However, despite me lashing it out, i would have to again unabashedly admit that i spent an hour witnessing how Ana was craftily trapped under Eva's incessant accusations. and oops! there goes my reading about the national day parade..

so, what good can come out of this? nothing... but a regretful lesson of not to waste your time. n yes, hide the tv set in the storeroom if you have to, or if u really must, take a softball bat, u can get it at toys r us.. n smash the screen.. it'll give u a sense of satisfaction.. or if u want something less barbaric, escape to a place sans modern civilisation.. maybe that'll do the trick.... or smtg that wont cause u a penny... learn to be disciplined.

thus, in my desperate attempt to be a gd student who can focus, this blog would again be in hibernation because as you can see this long post of a blog is another source of distraction. be good. till summer comes. * Zzzzz *

...20 more days till exams....

and ive already made some of my post-exams cum holiday plans.....

...dayah, u owe me a (prob more than one though) lesson(s) n lotsa 'socially-unacceptable*' stuff to watch tgt. anyone else wants to join in? say... what abt you sya honey bunny n hafio wahio? dare u take the challenge?

...get that harry potter book n see to it that dumbledore's death will be avenged! n voldemort dies a painful death.

...see what's the fuss about the phantom.

ok thats about it for now. kalau buat plan banyak sangat nanti kekadang tak terlaksana... ssnghnya kita merancang tapi Tuhanlah yang menentukan qada' dan qadarnya...

*not porn or the likes, just some korean guys and gals getting into a love triangle...no make that love rectangle.

i've never talked about this, let alone openly declaring it to the world.

but im gonna miss her. wont be seeing her anytime soon, or ever, for that matter. and as i moved on, i thought about my past.. uhh... companions.

my first was in sec 3. it was one of the sweetest moments, lasting for about 2 years.. but that had to go. and so i soon got attached to another, but sadly, that one didnt last in jc.. n i found myself rebounding to another one, one that proved to be short-lived as well. so i thought you know, we'd be happy... but.. it wasnt even a year till we part... and i met another. this time, i had a change of heart, this time, it's a she. i had a feeling it's gonna work out.. yes, HAD is the keyword...

'HAD' because now ive found another (sorry i didnt tell all u gals, dun kill me), n i hope it'll last.. wanna see him?
