back from rehlatul iman. alhamdulillah, it's 90% over. nuff said.

oh. new discovery!! haha.. taman warisan is next to masjid sultan!!!!! hhahahaha.. sorry lah if i sound so blur but yarh.. im like partially blind.. cause my eyes can see straight and miss out on all the blind spots....btw the pasar kota carnival at taman warisan had a lukewarm response. so business wasnt that good. hmm.... maybe the tj gals should venture into this kinda stuff. u know.. be more entrepreneurial... we can sell simple simple stuffs like fries (esp cheese fries.. kids love it), finger foods, goreng pisang and ayam goreng.... corn dog.. then we can sell mocktails/cocktails (bloody mary!!) wakhakhakahkahaka...!!! so instead of us spending lotsa money going overseas (i still love our perth trip though and i still wanna go on a cruise), we can just kumpul duit and try out something new and open up a stall at those food bazaar!!!!!!!!!!! liana can put her business skills to practice. c'mon gal u need the exposure!!! yes yes yes yes.. i shall try to convince u people!!!!!!! :D

i was thinking...... if i could turn back time, if i could bring myself back to those yesteryears..... if i could just answer that call, would things have been different? i hate regrets. i hate what ifs. but i guess, we just have to redha. for everything that happens, happens for a reason. may you find peace. insyaAllah.

psych lecture was such a bore. the lecturer was continuously yakking away about the brain.. and some stuffs about the axons, neurons, cerebral and blarh blarh blarh... i tried to pay attention but i just couldnt..........instead i was writing out chinese characters and was wrting BOREDOM all over the paper. but.. at least the lecturer had an interestingly bushy hair that will remind you of hagrid.... interesting.. wonder if the hair can actually add a significant amount of weight to the head..? hmmm...

you know when people are in love and they start declaring it and reflecting it on their nicks and stuff? well..... *sorry to say this*... but i find it tooooo mushy.. tak leh angkat! i mean it is sweet and all.. but to me.. it's just.... ....... ....... *face turning green*. i mean no offence to anybody! but i just cant take things like that man.... serious.

anw, had my first gen bio lecture today... haha.. hafie and i came uber-late for lecture thanks to our poor judgment of time. hehe.. but i was telling her that surely ada hikmah di sebaliknya. and.... true to my words, every cloud does have a silver lining. even tho hafie and i came half hour late, the lecturer was just abt to begin lecturing on the topic of what biology is, what are the characteristics of a living thing.. blah blah blah.... goodness!! it was such a bore!!

and seriously i think science lecturers are idiosyncratic in their style.. style of clothes, teaching.. u name it. personally, i think they lack a bit of zest in their delivery of lectures.. as compared to the arts lecturer... haha.. n i havent seen any ANY female science lecturers!! anw, here's the uniform for male science lecturers: 1. wears specs 2. wears checkered shirts. 3. funnily scientific sense of humour 4. a little bit half-century look. heheh... perhaps i should conduct a survey on lecturers for a 3rd year project.. hehe.. who knows......

3 months. thats the amount of time spent in journeying to and fro from tamp to nus in 3 years. 3 months. 1 month per year. thats a lot of time. a lot. in that 1 month.. i can...:

1. learn arabic.
2. hafal surahs.
3. read the books that ive always wanted to read
4. learn to cook/bake
5. travel round the world.
6. go ice-skating.
7. go new york and watch an ice hockey game.
8. watch movies, the L word, re-runs of desp housewives, malcolm in the middle, friends, some old movies like mighty ducks...
9. build a website
10. learn photoshop
11. complete a 1/4 done video.
12. go to night safari.
13. go for Hajj.
14. find work.
15. spend more time with my family
16. bowl.
17. attend talks...........

but no.. im stuck travelling the east-west line... sitting in the mrt all alone (when im not gg with friends), dozing off in the mrt.. or just staring into space.... siigh

with this new enlightenment, i should try to make full use of my time... but then again.. its a matter of choice. if im smart i wouldnt waste my time.... sesungguhnya, manusia dalam kerugian....

my family loves to eat. we love to eat. eat. eat. eat. eat. and eat. hehehhehe.. no lah.. it's just that we enjoy family gatherings. on sunday, my uncle invited us for a BBQ... got chicken wings, prawns, IKAN PARI, corn, me and my marshmallows..... but sunday was ironically, a rainy day and we had no choice but to have the bbq right outside his doorstep. literally outside his doorstep...

and then.. i realised that ppl eat the same things for BBQ. There's no variety cause the choices are limited! sooo..... i was thinking... that bbq food should be re-invented. no.1 : have hot dog and cheese cubes (though the cheese will completely melt b4 the hot dogs are cooked....whatever!!), no.2: have steak!!! no.3: binge on burgers! no. 4: have bananas and stuff them with choc and marshmallow no. 5: grill potatoes with cheese!! no.6: grill salmon. no.7: bake apples, no.8: attempt to make spaghetti.. hahahah but the sauce must be bought of course. so yup.. that's all the ideas i have for now... i should attempt to make a OUTDOOR COOKBOOK later in life.. who knows i will be as popular as that jamie oliver dude. or chef wan. or that other chef. or the other other chef. hmmmmmmmmm..... u never know what fate lies before me.. khakhakhaka......
