its a sunday!!! i dont want the week to end at all!! hahaha..
anyways, my last 3 days had been a load of fun... so much so that i had forgotten that i have school on tuesday and mountains of readings to do (thanks to procastination and scarce time).... heh..

so yeah, on friday, i went to pizza hut with my family to celebrate my belated bday...i love the chicken there.. it's so yummy yummy. wooo hooo...
then on saturday, i went to mendaki for some volunteer orientation programme and then i bumped into 2 nus gals.. and we started talking about pbm-ms foc fright night.. after the orientation, i rushed off to pergas for my dpi lecture... i came 15 mins before the lecture ends... siiiiggghhh. i missed quite a lot of stuff though.. so yeah, then after that hor, my dpi buddies and i skipped the evening lect because we wanted to celebrate kak erni's and my birthday.. hehehe. we felt damn guilty for skipping class.. so kak erni offered chocolates to the ustaz before we left.. heheheh........ so where did we cheeky gals head to?

we went to...east coast and ate at kebab station and....... mcCafe! and had our sisterhood chats..fun and laughter.. hehehe... it was crazy man!! and yeah, kak erni and i got windmills for our bday presents.. oh, and cik midah told us that his son has this sound clip that is actually an experiment conducted by a Russian guy. you know what his experiment was???

the guy planted a microphone into graves and recorded whatever sound there was. and guess what.....THERE WERE SCREAMS in the sound clip. i hadnt heard it though but the thought of it has disturbed me so.. and thus, i couldnt sleep well last night.... if i meet you gals, ill tell u more about it.. wallahu álam.

on a lighter note.... i met up with my leo buddies today.. and had lunch at LJ's.... and then.... we went to BOWL!! at marina bay... Marcus scored a few spares.... wheareas i only had one.. but thats good enuff lor... heheheheh anw, the girls and i have officially called ourselves the LONGKANG GANG.. thanks to the neverending gutter balls.... hehehehehe.... anw, they gave me this loooonnng and skinny "bantal peluk" which is useful though..heheheh.... and a game! i wanna play this game with evryone! be it the leo clubbers or just u tk/tj gals.. heheh... so MEET UP SOON YA'LL!!

kk..i gotta go!!! gotta have dinner!!! arrrrrhhhh!!

i am feeling intimidated. extremely intimidated. intimidated by..tutorials and readings...and the FORUM..in which people keep posting stuff and inadvertently it has made ME feel like my brain is not working fast enough. So, brain.. i know ure tired of thinking but u just gotta push & work harder ayt? u can do it brain! yes yes yes u can!! wooo hoo!!

oh and ive juuuusst watched DRIVE ME CRAZY.. got melissa joan hart and some guy whose name starts with an "A". this was the fiirrrsssttt movie i watched straight after a school day in sec 1. it was the last day of school and i clearly remembered that i got "booked" for using lime green hairband during a class spot check ON THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL. yes, i was so pissed about that. i mean its just a diff shade of green. does it even matter if its green in the first place??? so anw, i can recall ezaida watching the movie with yours truly... then i think there was a hidayah..duno weder it was dayah b or dayah m. and i remembered we 3 (or 4) gals gushed at how the guy (Chase) transformed from a high school rebel to a witty, unconventionally charming prince charming... :) swoon.....

and yeah, watching the movie kinda brought me back to the not-so-long-ago past...and i truly miss what i had in the past. tkg totally rocked. life was such a blast. everything was exciting...everything i tell ya.. from cheerleading (which we all love to bits) to recess, where we literally ran to join the queue, to arts lesson (where we gals made a teacher shed tears) to class decor competitions (buying yellow cloth and turning it to cheerleading skirts) to bus 31 rides (never take it on a friday at 2pm) to.. EVERYTHING!hmmm... i miss them all... and its not that i cant let go of the past but some things, i believe, are just worth the memory....

Alhamdulillah.... i have learnt to admit my mistake..it took ages for me to actually do something about it. yet, i know that even though i am starting anew... the scars that have been entrenched will remain....i hope to learn from my mistakes and set things right again... InsyaAllah, i will have the courage to do so. Amiin.

On a lighter note, i had my first day of school yesterday. i had soci lecture at 4-6pm... which was pretty okay to me since i din have to wake up early..heheheh..... i found the lecture interesting... they talked about the connection between the individual self and the society... and the connection between our biographies and how it is linked to the history of the society. :) then after class, i had to rush to dpi class which is at kembangan and it starts at 8. so, i made a decision to go to raffles place, moulana msque to solat asar and maghrib... (at the same time, i get to exploit my ez link concession card *eveeeil larftur*). lepas solat asar, i went to mac's for some light refreshments....cause the acid in my tummy was dissolving the walls of my tummy.. then the guy who served me was some indon guy who couldnt pronounce his english properly. dah lah im kinda deaf... his english plak org tak leh tangkap! thennn... he laughed at me.. for responding to him wrongly.... sheeshhhhh....Í should be the one who has the last laughhhh....... :P whateverlah.. then right.......he ter-touch me when he was giving back my change.. and thus....... my wudhu' terbatal....and thus, i have to ambik wudhu' lagi. anw, after maghrib... i reached my dpi class just on time..... ust was talking about dalil2 usul fiqh.... ade yg disepakati, ade yg tidak.

i think that when it comes to Islam, we should understand and appreciate its beauty and go beyond just the execution (e.g solat). in other words, Islam haruslah dihayati. we should be more concerned with the essence of a hukum rather than just worrying whether something is permissible or not. dun u all think so? and i think people shouldnt have any reservations about e arab lang. it's an easy lang to understand..if u open ur mind and heart to it... trust me... :)

k lah.. i gotta rush for arab class! sux right i have to leave e entry hanging...... kk. im late oredi.. salam alaik and gdbye!!

grrr.... i am so pissed with my printer! it is not working right...at all. i hope that i'll be able to print my notes at home so that i won't have to print it in school, cause if that were to happen, i'd be losing more "ka-ching!" (money) than i already am.. which means that i'd be spending less on more important stuff and more on unnecessary stuff and that will make me even more pissed! see.. it's a vicious cycle and i am determined to break out of it. hmm.. maybe i should employ sya's method of talking and coaxing the printer? it works for her.. so i hope it will work for me to? *scrounges up face*

anw, on a more serious note, i managed to read a blog posted by this racist person who has this personal grudge against the malays and indians. i was kinda alarmed and appalled by his wild ideas. i am angry at the fact that he has the cheek to insult people of the other races so blatantly and so non chalantly on his webpage. it really is a pity of him to think that way because it just means that he is missing out a lot on life. maybe, it is not even apparent to him that racial harmony is crucial and vital in a cosmpolitan city like singapore. and by saying things that he should not have said, he is foolishly inviting and indirectly encouraging the growth of extremists. by insulting one's religion, he is pushing the limits because race and religion are sensitive things..one wrong move and that's it...WE are all doomed to live in civil strife. i hope that there arent many who share his views and i hope that one day, he will realise that, in order for ALL of us to live peacefully, such ill feelings should be eradicated or at best, surpressed. and for those who are against racism, let's do our part by living harmoniously together..side by side... after all, it's in the pledge that we used to religiously utter..."regardless of race and religion....... so that we can achieve happiness, prosperity, and progress for our nation"

Thing is, i'm no blogger. no seriously. im deadpanned about the fact that in just a fortnight, this blog will be left in the dark, collecting dust and yeah, decaying. even though i know the eventual fate of this blog, i am compelled to have one, thanks to the fact that most of my frens are not within sight and will be swarmed with schoolwork *wince in agony*. so, by me having this *chokes* blog, i hope to keep u all updated about what fate has in store for me *griiiiinnnnnnzzz* for instance, i have dpi classes every sat! from noon till night!!! keep that in mind k! and yeah, i know i sound very contradicting, but i will try my very very best to keep this blog alive. oooh, and do enjoy this dk song k. love the lyrics!

Bagai di tengah bahang Sahara
Di bawah garang suria
Di ratah unggun nan merah
Setiap kali kaki melangkah
Bak berjalan di atas bara

Di sini bermula, di antara senja dan ufuk fajar
Aku di sini engkau di sana kita terpisah
Melangkah lemah, selangkah selangkah
Bintang timur penentu arah
Akhirnya bertemu di pinggiran wadi meneruskan kembara

ikhlas, n2f. maassalam.
